CHEF DE PARTIE
Full time / part time
Salary: from £19,300 per annum (pro rata for part time) plus service charge and cash tips
Due to continued growth expansion we are looking to recruit Chef de Parties to join our our award-winning kitchen at El Gato Negro in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful business, with a great reputation, exciting future plans, and prospects of further career progression.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals from a fresh food background, who work well in a team environment with the experience to contribute and fully support the running of the kitchen operation, with the ability to work under pressure. The role, with working hours capped at 45 hours per week, will involve working on all sections of the kitchen to the high standards set by the Head Chef.
- Insure all food production is carried out efficiently, consistently and to the highest possible standards.
- Follow recipes where necessary and adhere to all dish specifications.
- Follow any reasonable request from senior members of the team in the running of the kitchen.
- Ensure all food production duties are carried out in a timely fashion to ensure a smooth service.
