We’re delighted to confirm that tickets are now on sale for our ‘España Moderna’ dinner, part of this year’s Manchester Food & Drink Festival. This is a six course meal, each accompanied by a perfected matched glass of Sherry or wine, and each dish is an exclusive which chef patron Simon Shaw and the team have developed especially for MFDF to celebrate the vibrancy and variety of modern Spanish cooking. Guests will be greeted with a glass of cava on arrival, and the evening will finish with a cocktail in our acclaimed top floor cocktail bar, The Black Cat. Simon will talk about each of the dishes, while our Master of Wine Miles Corish will introduce each of the matched Sherries and Spanish wines.

Matched dinner events were always extremely popular in our old restaurant in Ripponden; this is the first time we’ve held such an event like this in our new Manchester home and we expect tickets will sell quickly.
