A seasonal menu refresh for August

After extensive polling, testing and trialling chef patron Simon and head chef Richard have refreshed our restaurant menu, introducing a selection of delicious new dishes taking advantage of seasonally-available produce.
Are you ready to try the delightful baby monkfish fillets with LED tomato, shallot and mini caper sauce, savour Navarrico chickpeas with fritarda sauce and caramelised cauliflower florets, or tear into braised ox cheek with horseradish mash, baby onions, button mushrooms and pancetta?
Fresh, light and leafy delights for the warmer months include the glorious sardines marinated ‘en escabache’ with fennel and orange salad and a wonderfully fresh mixed leaf salad with LED tomato, cucumber, avocado, spring onion and our house dressing.
A couple of our modern classics are back onto the menu too. Coca Mallorquina, the wonderful flatbread from Mallorca with red onion and pepper confit and Monte Enebro goats cheese. Simon’s refined his classic handpicked white crab meat with avocado and gazpacho – made with the very best Dorset crab – and it’s flown out the door recently as a special.
Meanwhile you can find some of your favourite dishes on our ‘Menú Rápido’ which is available during lunch service Tuesday – Friday, alongside our main menu. It’s been developed to offer customers a curated range of dishes that can be enjoyed when there’s less time to enjoy a leisurely lunchtime dining experience. Perfect when you’re limited for time, and speedy service is as important as quality of the dishes you know and love. It’s available during lunch service from Tuesday to Friday, alongside our main menu.
