Sunday brunches, a classic roast dinner with a Spanish twist, and kids’ menu

Sunday 10th February 2019

Few things beat the pleasure of a Sunday social gathering: great company and fantastic food. So today our Head Chef Antony introduces our brand new Sunday menu. There’s something for all tastes to make Sunday even more special.

As a confirmed brunch aficionado, Antony’s introduced a range of brunch specials which fuse classic flavours with Spanish flair.

Enjoy wild mushrooms on toasted Catalan bread with truffle butter, Pedro Ximénez sherry reduction. Introduce yourself to Tombet: Majorcan ratatouille with poached egg, Manchego, oregano and basil. Savour charred tenderstem broccoli with ajo blanco dressing, grapes and toasted almonds. And crave chorizo and piquillo pepper hash with fried egg, parsley and garlic.

If you’re in the mood for a Sunday roast then you’ll love the typically El Gato Negro take on a classic beef cut: roast sirloin of beef with quince glazed carrots, Manchego cauliflower cheese, potatoes roasted with jamón serrano butter, tenderstem broccoli and Rioja sauce.

Mix and pair with a selection of your favourite dishes and desserts from our regular menu, and match with something from our acclaimed drinks menu.

Especially on a Sunday, dining is for all ages. Because of this, our Kids’ Menu offers a selection of dishes for younger tastes and smaller appetites… so everyone can enjoy a flavour of El Gato Negro Tapas!
